Do you sell any discontinued or imperfect items at a discount?Updated 7 hours ago

We do! While it doesn't happen often, if a certain style or color of bed gets discontinued, it will be moved to our clearance section and it will be offered at a steep discount. We also sell Open Box items, which are items that were returned to us by customers due to being the wrong size or fit for their dog. Open Box items have been carefully inspected to ensure that they'll work just as well as the full price version, but these items will usually have small cosmetic marks or blemishes that prevent them from being stocked as a brand-new item.

Stock is limited, and in the case of clearance items, once they sell out, they won't be restocking. Open Box items are completely dependent on customer returns, so we can never predict when we might have more of a specific size or color available again. 

Just be aware that clearance items and Open Box items are both final sale—they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, so be sure to carefully doublecheck your sizing and any personalization details, if you're adding that. These items are also not included under the 120 day chew proof warranty, so it's best to make sure the style bed you're getting is a match for your dog's destructive level before placing your order.
