Submitting a claim is easy! All you have to do is visit our warranty page here, and then click the “Submit Claim” button. Follow the steps to submit your photo of the damaged bed and select your replacement. If your order contains multiple items and you need to submit a claim for a replacement of more than one item, you'll need to submit each claim separately through our portal.
