How do I track my order?Updated 9 days ago

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us containing your FedEx tracking number. If you order multiple beds at once, your order may be split into multiple packages with different tracking numbers. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will show you the tracking information for the primary (master) tracking number, and you can check on the status of the other packages in the shipment through FedEx there. 

Since our store is run through Shopify, you may get an email from Shopify recommending you to download the Shop app to track your purchase. Please note that while you can download the app if you want, you do not have to. In fact, the Shop app can sometimes report delivery prematurely, so it is best to use the FedEx tracking number that we email you directly to get the most accurate information.
