It depends on the item being personalized and the length of the personalization, but the average time for a product to be personalized is 15-30 minutes. However, because we have a limited number of embroidery machines and only one heat press, orders do need to wait in line in the order that we receive them in order to be processed. This can add an extra day or two* to the processing time of your order, so keep that in mind if you have an order that needs to be delivered by a certain date.

Our personalizer does his best to complete personalization as quickly as possible, though, so if you need to make any changes to an order that has personalization, please contact us immediately. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

*During the holidays at the end of the year or during other large sales, we may get so many personalization orders that the wait time can increase to a week or more. Please contact customer care before ordering to receive a more accurate estimate on the personalization wait time.
