I used the wrong address on my order. Can it be changed?Updated 9 months ago
We can update the shipping address on an order at any point up until the label has been created. If your order does not have a tracking number for it yet, contact our customer care team at 844-772-3125 or [email protected] to request an address change. When sending in an email, please include your order number and the new address that the order needs to ship to.
We are not able to change the address to an international location, a PO Box, or a state outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders process quickly, so please contact us ASAP to increase the odds of us being able to get this updated for you. Do not request address changes by replying to an order confirmation or other order status update email, as those come from noreply inboxes and your message will not be seen. Please be aware that submitting a request to us does not guarantee that we will be able to make the change in time; it will depend on how quickly your request is seen.
If the order already has a tracking number, we can submit an address change with FedEx. They charge a flat fee of $17 for this service, regardless of how minor the address correction is, and you will need to pay this fee before we can request the change from FedEx. Please be advised that FedEx is not able to guarantee that the address will be changed, even after the request is made, but we've found that they are usually successful in adjusting it.
If you do not wish to pay the fee and the original address is still relatively close to your current location, you can request FedEx to hold the package for pickup, which they will do for free.
If the order is already out for delivery, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. FedEx does not have a way of relaying the request to the delivery driver while they are distributing packages, so the order will be delivered to the original address on the order. If this happens and the package cannot be recovered, you may request to use the warranty to have a one-time replacement sent to a different address.
