Is personalization covered under warranty?Updated 8 months ago
Personalization is neither chew- nor scratch-resistant, and if you have a destructive dog that tries to chew or claw at the letters, they will be able to damage or remove them. If this bed is meant for a dog that is going to get very rough with their bedding, it would probably be best to skip the personalization, especially if having it on the bed encourages your dog to chew even more.
With that said, personalization is not officially covered under the warranty, but if your dog damages the personalization you can use your warranty to make a claim for the one-time replacement (and you can opt to have it sent without personalization if you want)*. Please just note that this will use up the warranty on the item, so no further replacements will be able to be sent out.
*Please note that if the item itself does not come with the 120 day warranty (such as due to being a clearance item, an open box item, or dog gear or an accessory), the item will not be eligible for a replacement.
