Open Box items are beds that have been opened and removed from their packaging by a previous customer, and then returned to us without being used. These are most often beds that weren't the right size for that person's needs, or the color may not have been quite what they were expecting. We resell these items under the "Open Box" label to give them a second chance at life.

Due to previous transit and handling, these beds may have minor cosmetic defects such as small marks, discolorations, or scuffing present, but will otherwise be near pristine. You can consider these items to fall under a "Like New" or "Very Good" condition. Every item is carefully inspected before being stocked to ensure that it does not have signs of heavy use or damage. Open Box items will not have any rips, tears, or holes that will impact their durability. Armored bed frames may have small scuffs, scratches, or indents in the metal, but will not have any warping that leaves the bed crooked or compromised in any way. 

Please be aware that Open Box items are final sale, and because they are sold at a deep discount, they do not come with the 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty like a full price bed. Double check your sizing carefully before ordering to make sure the bed will fit your pup.
