These are our strongest beds, and the only ones that we make that are considered chew proof.* The frame is 100% aluminum, even the powder-coated corners, which protects the edges of the bed from teeth, while the fabric in the middle is pulled tight so that your dog can&apos;t get it between their jaws. If your dog likes to scratch or dig in addition to chewing, we recommend either the Chew Proof Armored Rip-Stop Elevated Dog Bed, or the Chew Proof Armored Vinyl Elevated Dog Bed.&#xA0;Our <a href="https://k9ballistics.com/collections/tough-durable" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tough Rip-Stop</a> beds, on the other hand, are heavy duty beds made to withstand scratching, digging, and rough horseplay, but they aren&apos;t intended for dogs that bite down hard and gnaw away at a bed until it rips.
