Can I add an item to an order that hasn't shipped yet?Updated 5 months ago

We're very sorry, but our system doesn't allow us to add extra items to an order once that order is placed. However, if the order has not been packed yet, we can cancel and refund the order so that you can reorder with all the items you want added to it. To cancel an order, please call our customer care team at 844-772-3125 so that we can work on this ASAP for you. 

If it's after business hours, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and "Cancel" or "Cancellation Request" written somewhere in the subject line. Please note that due to the speed at which orders get processed, we cannot 100% guarantee a successful cancellation, but we will do our best.

Business hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (11 AM to 4 PM Eastern)
