Can I add personalization to an order that was already placed?Updated 8 months ago

Once an order is placed, we aren't able to add personalization to it. However, as long as it hasn't been packed for shipment yet, we can cancel and refund the order so that you can redo it with the personalization added. Please call us during business hours at 844-772-3125 for the best chance of a successful cancellation. 

If it's after business hours, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the word "Cancel" or "Cancellation Request" somewhere in the subject line. Orders get processed quickly so we can never 100% guarantee a successful cancellation once the order is in our system, but we will do our best!

Business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (11 AM to 7 PM Eastern)
