Can I change the items in my order if it hasn't shipped yet?Updated 5 months ago

If you need to make changes to the items of the order, most likely we will need to cancel the order and have you place a new one with the correct items. However, in some cases, we may be able to make the change without needing to cancel. 

This is most often possible in the following situations:

  1. The order is less than an hour old. Due to how our system processes orders, modifications can only be attempted if the order is still very new. Once it goes through certain electronic processing stages, we won't be able to edit the order any longer.
  2. You are removing an item from the order. As long as the order is still new in the system, we can usually remove an unwanted item without too much trouble. 
  3. You want to change the color of an item. Again, as long as the order is still new in the system, we can usually change the color of an item as long as the desired color is in stock. Please note that if the item has personalization, we may not be able to update the color. 

For the following situations, updating the order without cancelling is not possible:

  1. A shipping label has already been created for the order.
  2. The order has been in the system for awhile (over an hour).
  3. You wish to add an additional item to the order.
  4. You wish to change the type of item that is on the order, such as to a different size or style.

If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order or make any changes. However, if the item is not final sale and had not been personalized, you can initiate an exchange to send it back for the item that you want.
