We are not able to accept returns on beds that have been used or damaged, no matter how quickly the damage was done. Instead, we offer a 120-day warranty, which promises a one-time replacement of the damaged bed or cover. If you do not want a replacement, you can email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage done and we will issue you warranty store credit for the value of the replacement so that you can apply it towards a stronger type of bed.
