Can I return a personalized item?Updated 8 months ago
Unfortunately, personalization cannot be removed once added to a product, and the likelihood of us being able to resell an item that already has someone else's dog's name on it is very, very low. Consider the fact that whoever else has a dog with that same name (if that name is common enough) would also need to want that exact same style of bed/collar/harness/etc. in the exact same color and size. It could take years for those stars to align, if ever, and we simply can't store product on hand for that long in the hopes that someone, some day, might come along to make the purchase.
For that reason, all personalized items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Even if an order has not yet shipped, we cannot cancel or change an item on an order if the personalization was already completed. Orders with personalization are handed off to the personalizer quickly, so once the order is placed, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation or order change if one is requested afterwards. Please make sure to doublecheck your sizing and selections (such as spelling and letter color) before completing your order.
