Do you guarantee your beds?Updated 2 months ago

Most (but not all) of our beds are covered by our 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty. This warranty promises you a one-time replacement of the cover or the full item, dependent on which item you purchased. If a replacement of the same cover or item is not available or is not desired, warranty store credit for the value of the replacement will be issued to you instead and you can apply it towards something else on our site. 

The 120 Day Warranty does not apply to accessories, gear, toys, or the internal mattress of a bed. It does not apply to Open Box items (previous returns sold at a discount) or clearance items (discontinued items that have been sharply discounted).

It's important to note that our warranty is not a money-back guarantee, and items that have been used and damaged are not eligible for refunds. We do not have a money-back guarantee for any of our products.
