Exchange and return requests can only be processed one at a time, with one item per request. If you have multiple items you wish to send back, you will need to create a request for each one. If you want to send back both items in exchange for one item, the best way to do so is to request the option for a refund as store credit. This will allow you to receive full store credit for both items, which you can then apply towards a new order for the product you want.
