If you'd like us to remove your name, address, phone number, and/or email address from our system, we can do so. Simply email [email protected] with the request and we will process that as soon as we see your message (typically within 1-2 business days). Bear in mind that we cannot delete order records, so if you've placed an order with us in the past, it will remain in the system.
We do not save card information (nor do we have access to it), so we are unable to delete any data relating to payments.
Instead, all orders and transactions are processed through Shopify, which is a third-party platform that is completely separate from us. If you have an account through Shopify (usually known as a Shop account), asking us to delete your data will have no impact on what you have saved in your Shop account. Any payment data stored with Shopify will remain in their system, and you will need to reach out to them directly to ensure its removal*. We do not have access to that data, and we are not able to make that request to Shopify on your behalf. Only the account holder can request changes to or removal of any account data.
*Removing any saved payment details from your Shop account means that you will need to re-enter that information any time you wish to place an order with a business that uses Shopify, not just our company.
