To make a claim on the 120-day warranty and have your damaged item replaced, all you need to do is submit a photo of the damage through our portal here: https://k9ballisticswarranties.returnscenter.com/
You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order to proceed. Please note that whatever options you select for the replacement will be exactly what you are sent, and customer care will not be able to make changes to the replacement order.
If the size or color that you want is out of stock, please do not select a different size or color to complete the claim. Instead, back out of the claim process and instead send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photo of the damage. The team can provide you with warranty store credit that you can apply towards the item you want once it is back in stock.
