If you'd like to use your warranty towards a different style of bed rather than getting a replacement of the same bed or cover you already have, we can definitely do that! All you need to do is email [email protected] with your order number and your photo of the damage. Make sure to mention in your message that you'd like the warranty store credit instead of a replacement to ensure your claim can be processed as quickly and accurately as possible. 

Please note that if you have already claimed the warranty for a replacement, we will not be able to issue warranty store credit unless you send back the replacement in brand new condition (to qualify, replacement cannot have personalization or be modified in any way).
