How do I make a claim on the 10 Year No Flatten Warranty?Updated 14 days ago

If your bed has lost 40% of its thickness (for the average 5" thick bed, that would be a difference of 2") within 10 years of receipt, the mattress is eligible for a one-time replacement, free of charge, under our 10 Year No Flatten Warranty. To get that replacement, you'll want to email our customer care team directly at [email protected]

Make sure to include the following:

  1. Subject title should be "10 Year No Flatten Warranty Claim"
  2. You will need to include your order number in the email, either in the body or in the subject.
    • If you do not have your order number you can provide your shipping address and estimated date of order and we will try to find it, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
    • We can only proceed with the warranty if you have the order number, so it is important to save your receipt.
  3. If your order was purchased through Amazon, please provide the Amazon order number.
    • You can get this from your Amazon order history if you no longer have the confirmation email. You will probably need to set your history to display orders further back than a year in order for it to pop up.
  4. Attach at least one photo of the mattress, taken from the side next to a ruler to show the change in thickness. You may be asked to remove the cover for better visibility.
  5. Confirmation of your CURRENT shipping address, so that we can make sure the replacement is sent to the right place. Please do not use the address the order was originally sent to unless you still live there.

Once your email is received and reviewed (typically within 1 business day), our customer care team will take care of the claim and respond back with confirmation that it has been handled.
