If you opt to receive store credit for a return or exchange, you will be emailed a unique store credit code once the item has been received back at our warehouse and processed. This code works like a discount code, in the sense that you will need to copy it and paste it into the discount box during checkout in order to use it. 

Store credit does not apply as a total to your account, so you do not need to be logged in to use it, but you will need the code. If you lose the code, you can contact customer service at [email protected] and they should be able to locate it for you. 

If you have multiple codes you wish to use, enter them one at a time through the discount code box. If a credit is not fully used, you can apply it again to a different order to use up the remainder. If you are using store credit and a discount code, make sure to apply the discount first before adding on store credit to ensure the largest savings.
