I need to return multiple items but they only came in one box. Can I send them back together?Updated 7 months ago

Due to the way our returns system works, you will need to set up your return for each item individually. However, if they all arrived in the same box, you can ship them back together. For the first item, you'll select the option for a label; for the subsequent items, you can simply choose the option to "Ship with your own carrier." You can update the tracking for those returns to have the same tracking number as the first label you originally received.

If you are doing an exchange and the system gave you multiple labels, just use one and put everything back in the original box they shipped in.
