I received my order, but it's the wrong color. What do I do?Updated 8 months ago

First, if you purchased a bed and are looking at a rolled up gray item right now, please be aware that this is the inner mattress. Our mattresses always come in a gray liner, and this is typically what you'll see upon first opening the box. You'll want to slide that mattress out and then check the bottom of the box for the cover, which comes folded up and sealed in a plastic bag. 

If the item isn't a bed, make sure you've unfolded it completely first. Items like car seat covers or blankets may have different colors on different sides, so you might see the black of a non-skid backing before you actually see the true color of the item. 

If you've already located the cover or unfolded the item and it's clear that it's not the right color, no worries! We can definitely fix it for you. All you need to do is email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we'll be able to get a replacement sent out to you.
