If you're missing something substantial (a mattress, or an entire second bed), then it might have been sent in a separate box. Your shipping confirmation email might have only sent you the master tracking number, so visit that link again and check to see if FedEx shows another shipment associated with the tracking number. If it does, click that to see the other package's status. While most packages are delivered at the same time, sometimes one gets sorted onto a different truck and falls a little behind the other.
If it's something small, like a cover or accessory, make sure you completely empty the box you received. This is especially true for covers, which can get stuck at the bottom and are very easy to overlook.
