Is the nonskid bottom of the bed also durable?Updated 8 months ago

The non-skid bottom of our bed may look different from the other sides, but it's actually the same exact ballistic material as the rest of the cover. The only differences are that it is always black, and it has been treated with a rubberized coating to give it some grip. Now, if your dog flips over the bed and claws or chews at the bottom, they may be able to peel off bits of the non-skid texture—that part isn't meant to be chew resistant—but the underlying ballistic material will hold up as well as the top or sides of the bed.
