All of our products are covered against transit or delivery damage under the 30-day manufacturer's warranty. This also includes defects from the manufacturing process, such as faulty zippers or incomplete stitching. To get a replacement, you'll use the same portal that you would for our 120-day warranty (found here) and select the "Defective product" as the reason for the warranty. Then just select the most applicable issue, attach a photo, and complete the process for selecting your replacement item. You will not be asked to ship the original item back, and can keep it or dispose of it, depending on the severity of the damage/defect.
If the part of the bed that was defective is not listed under the warranty portal, you can make a manual claim by submitting your order number and photo of the problem to [email protected].
Please note this does not cover dog-related damage that occurs once the product has been delivered. Any dog-related damage claims should be submitted under the 120-day warranty by selecting the "Dog damaged product" warranty reason.
