All you need to do is open the photo on your device, take a screenshot of that photo, and then upload the screenshot instead. It will have a much smaller file size that our system will have no trouble accepting.</p><p>If you&apos;re not able to take a screenshot, you can also try submitting your warranty claim manually by sending an email to <a href="mailto:info@k9ballistics.com">info@k9ballistics.com</a>. Just make sure to include your order number with your photo of the damage and we&apos;ll get that processed for you as quickly as we can.&#xA0;</p>
