What defects are covered under your Manufacturer's Warranty?Updated an hour ago
Our Manufacturer's Warranty applies to any functional defects in the craftsmanship of the product. This would include issues like:
- Incomplete or incorrect stitching of seams or zippers
- Faulty zippers
- Mattresses that fail to expand after 72 hours (pillow mattresses should be shaken to facilitate expansion)
- Misspelled or misaligned personalization
- Peeling or flaking coating on the inside surface of the Tough cover
- Packing damage (such as friction-burns from our rolling machine, or razor-blade slices)
- Transit damage (such as a bent frame, cracked corner, or a puncture of the box that goes all the way into the bed).
These issues occur very rarely, but if your product arrives with any damage like this, we will will replace the affected item free of charge. Defects must be reported within one year of delivery to qualify. You can submit a claim through our warranty portal or directly to our customer care team by emailing your order number and a photo of the defect to [email protected].
