If an order is returned to sender by the carrier due to being rejected by the recipient, it will be treated as a standard return and a refund less the return shipping cost ($30 per package) will be issued to the customer when the item is received and processed. If a rejected order contains items that cannot be returned (i.e. personalized, Final Sale, Open Box, etc), no refund will be issued but the item can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Reshipping fees are dependent on what the carrier charged K9 Ballistics for the original shipment and may not match the default shipping charged on the original order.
