Most of our beds are covered under a 120 day warranty; if the bed was damaged within 120 days of the order being delivered, we will replace the bed cover or bed (depending on product type) once, free of charge. You can check out our policy here.

Now, bear in mind that while we make tough beds, not all of them are considered chew proof. In fact, the only "chew proof" beds we offer are those from our Chew Proof Armored series. If you have a persistent or powerful chewer—especially one that routinely destroys all the bedding you give them—then a Chew Proof Armored bed is the only bed that will stand a chance.

Our other beds fall under our Tough Ripstop category. These beds are heavy-duty and made to withstand wear and tear and roughhousing, including scratching, digging, and the occasional chomp. What they aren't meant for, though, is the hard and dedicated chewing. If your dog likes to latch onto a corner and gnaw away until they break through the cover, these beds might last a little longer than a regular bed, but they probably won't last indefinitely. If your dog treats their bed like a rawhide chew bone, you'll definitely need a Chew Proof Armored bed for them.

If the bed you got didn't last long and you don't think a replacement will work any better, you can make a claim for warranty store credit for the value of the replacement instead, and apply it towards a stronger bed.
