What if the replacement I need isn't available?Updated 9 months ago

If you're using our warranty portal and you don't see the size you need as an option for your replacement, please do not complete the claim. If you select an alternate size, you will be shipped exactly what you chose, even if you add a comment asking us to change the size for you. Customer care is not able to modify warranty claim orders that you have submitted through our portal.

Instead, exit out of the unfinished claim and send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photo of the damage. We will then be able to issue you a warranty store credit code that you can use to redeem the warranty once the size you need restocks.
