The easiest way to find your order number would be to do a search for "K9 Ballistics" in your email inbox. This should pull up your order confirmation email and, depending on the status of the order, your shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation emails as well. All of these will have your order number present in either the subject line or in the body of the email.

If you deleted those emails, however, or if you did not receive them (and they were not filtered to spam by accident), you can also access your order through our site. Simply click the icon of the person in the upper right corner corner of the site header, then enter the email you used when you placed the order. You'll be sent a log-in code that you can then enter to get access to your account and order history. Your order number can be found in your order history.
