If you have a Tough Rip-Stop style bed, the warranty applies to the outer cover only, and does not include the mattress. The only exception to this is the Tough Rip-Stop Dog Crate Pad, which does not have a removable cover and thus is replaced in full if damaged. If you have a Tough Rip-Stop bed that was chewed and the mattress is also significantly damaged, please send your order number along with clear photos of the damaged mattress to our warranty team at <a data-fr-linked="true" href="mailto:info@k9ballistics.com">info@k9ballistics.com</a>. They will review the photos and see if the damage done warrants an exception to the standard policy and if a replacement mattress can be sent.When submitting a claim, please remove the bed from your dog&apos;s access until the new cover arrives to prevent further damage. Mattresses that were damaged because the compromised cover was still being used while waiting on the replacement are not eligible for warranty exceptions.&#xA0;
