Why do you discontinue products?Updated 2 months ago

Discontinuing products allows us to keep our catalog fresh and up-to-date, and also helps us utilize our limited warehouse space in the most efficient manner. We know that it can be disappointing, and sometimes frustrating, to find that an older color or bed style is no longer available, so we try to limit this practice as much as we can.

Unfortunately, sometimes it is simply unavoidable. This will usually be due to factors outside of our control, such as waning popularity or changes to shipping policies that make it unfeasible for the item to be shipped in its current design. Other times, it may be because the product is so similar to another that it is easier to consolidate the two together, or we're planning on updating the design to a newer version. Material or supplier shortages can also trigger it, especially if we cannot find a new and reliable source elsewhere.

Items that have been discontinued will typically be discounted and moved to the clearance section on our site. While we will do our best to provide replacement covers and product support for as long as possible for these items, we cannot produce or store them indefinitely and cannot guarantee how long they will remain available.
